Information we process

Depending on the service, IMPK may process customer identity and business details, account and portal information, order and payment status, submitted content and files, campaign settings, recipient contact data, consent and suppression evidence, service activity, delivery events, support communications, and technical security logs.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; receive and qualify service requests; prepare, review, deliver, document, and support approved work; process checkout through our payment provider; enforce consent, DND, opt-out, suppression, fraud, security, and duplicate-prevention controls; provide portal status and deliverables; troubleshoot failures; comply with law; and improve services.

Text messaging data

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are used to operate the authorized messaging program and enforce recipient choices. They are not sold. They are not shared with third parties for those parties’ own marketing. They may be disclosed only to service providers that help deliver or secure the program, when required by law, or as otherwise described in this Policy.

Service providers and disclosures

IMPK may use contracted providers for website and mailbox hosting, customer relationship management and portal access, workflow automation, payment processing, email and text delivery, press distribution, file storage, analytics, and support. Each provider receives only the information reasonably needed for its role. Providers may process information where they operate, subject to contractual and legally required safeguards.

Retention and security

Unless a longer period is required for law, dispute, fraud prevention, or legal hold, the launch policy is to keep account and project records while an account is active and for three years after closure; transaction and tax records for seven years; consent and suppression evidence for as long as needed to honor recipient choices and demonstrate compliance; security logs for twelve months; routine support records for three years; and backups for up to ninety days after deletion. Automated deletion will not begin until provider capabilities and the final legally approved schedule are verified. We use access controls, credential separation, encryption where supported, logging, suppression controls, and limited-purpose processing; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available in your jurisdiction by contacting support@impakkmarketing.com. Messaging recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out does not remove records that must be retained to honor suppression or legal obligations.

Website analytics and advertising cookies

IMPK uses Google Analytics to understand website visits and improve the customer experience. With your permission, Google advertising technology may also use cookies or similar identifiers to measure advertising and help show relevant IMPK advertising on other websites. Optional analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. You may choose Accept all, Analytics only, or Reject optional, and may reopen Cookie Preferences at any time to change your selection. Advertising cookies are used only after you choose Accept all.

Google may process information such as page visits, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, interactions, and advertising identifiers according to your choice and Google’s terms. Do not submit sensitive personal information through website URLs or fields not intended for it. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Children, changes, and contact

IMPK services are for business users age 18 or older and are not directed to children. We will post material Policy changes with a revised effective date.
